Poppy & Boo was founded by Ed Littlewood, a theatre producer & lover of all things epicurean.

Ed began his journey into event food in 2020 when lockdown hit, starting with a simple passion for making the perfect Neapolitan pizza dough, a passion that’s grown into the vibrant, flavour-packed catering business it is today.

After a successful stint at The Village Inn (thank you Tom, Tracy and team!), the P & B team have brought their unique style and big flavours to an exciting new chapter at Beaufort Polo Club, where they’ve been serving everything from sizzling street food and open-fire feasts, to bespoke private dining menus and corporate events.

It’s been a buzzing summer of events, matches, and pop-up with plenty of plans in the pipeline.
