A lighter, delicate lamb stew inspired by Provençal daubes. Infused with fresh herbs and garlic and packed with new-season baby vegetables.

Rosemary marinated chicken and smoky chorizo pan-fried with peppers, onions and thyme.

 

Thai Vegetable Curry

Broccoli, courgette, mangetout, baby sweet corn and seasonal vegetables cooked in a red Thai curry paste and coconut milk.

 

Butter Chicken & Murg Makhani

Tandoori chicken tikka cooked with fresh tomato and cream, fenugreek and spices.

 

Classic Beef Lasagne

Slow-cooked beef ragu sauce layered with durum wheat pasta, mozzarella, parmesan and topped with white wine bechamel sauce.

Layers of roasted aubergine, potatoes and courgette with a tomato and lentil sauce and creamy bechamel sauce.
